Studio Huff provides a range of services, including but not limited to website design, branding, logo design, photography, videography, copywriting, SEO, and ongoing support. Specific service details, pricing, and packages are outlined on our website or in the service agreement provided to clients.

2. User Obligations

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
• Use our website and services for lawful purposes only.
• Refrain from using any automated systems to scrape, extract, or harvest data from our website.
• Not engage in any activity that could damage or disrupt our website or services.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Studio Huff, you agree to:

• Provide timely and accurate information required to complete your project.
• Cooperate with Studio Huff during the design, development, and implementation phases, including responding to inquiries and providing feedback.
• Make payments for services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
• Ensure that any content provided (such as images, text, or videos) does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Payment and Billing

All services provided by Studio Huff will be billed as outlined in your service agreement. Payments are due according to the terms specified in the agreement. If you fail to make payment by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your services. We accept payment via stripe.

For clients on subscription or ongoing service plans, payments will be automatically charged each billing cycle unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full payment for our services, you will retain ownership of the final deliverables, including logos, designs, videos, and other intellectual property created for your business.
• Studio Huff’s Rights: Studio Huff retains the right to use the work created as part of our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business plans, or other sensitive data shared during the course of a project. Studio Huff will not share your personal or business information with third parties without your consent, except where necessary to provide our services.

7. Revisions and Deliverables

Our service packages include a specific number of revisions, as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond those included may incur extra charges. All final deliverables, including websites and videos, will be delivered once the project is completed, and any outstanding balance has been paid.

8. Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel your services with Studio Huff at any time by providing written notice. However, please note:

• If you cancel before completion of the project, you may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeit any payments already made.
• If Studio Huff cancels your services due to non-payment or breach of these Terms, any outstanding payments for services already rendered will still be due.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Huff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Huff, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our website or services, or from any content you provide that infringes on third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve any issues. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

Studio Huff reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to use our website and services after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
