What’s the process like working with you from start to finish?
When you book with us, we start with an initial consultation to understand your vision. From there, we guide you through our collaborative process, from creating your branding to building your website. We work closely with you to ensure everything aligns with your goals. After the project is completed, we’re here to provide ongoing support and make any necessary tweaks as your business grows.
How many clients do you take on each month?
We only take on two clients per month so that we can dedicate our full attention to each project. This means you’ll have us available to work on your project for the entire month, ensuring everything gets the focus and detail it deserves. Once your month is complete, we move on to the next client, but if you need another project or more work done, feel free to reach out, and we’ll get you on our schedule!
What happens if I need to make revisions after the project is complete?
We include two rounds of revisions for everything included in the project, which are done during the month-long intensive. We work hard to ensure you love the end result before the month is over. If, for any reason, you're not happy with the outcome by the end of the month, we’ll continue working with you until we get it right. However, after the month is complete, we can no longer offer revisions. We want to make sure everything is perfect within that time frame, so we make sure we’re aligned with your vision before the end of your project.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project is completed?
Yes! We offer continued support through our monthly plans, helping with maintenance, updates, and any tweaks or additions you may need after your project is completed. You can count on us to be there to support your business as it grows.

How do you ensure my brand vision is captured?

We start by getting to know you and your business. Through our discovery process, we gather your input via questionnaires, mood boards, and a kickoff meeting to ensure we understand your goals and style. We stay in constant communication throughout the project to make sure everything aligns with your vision. Your feedback is crucial in making sure we create a brand that truly represents you.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my project?

Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability, but please note that we work with a limited number of clients each month, so flexibility may be limited. Refer to our contract for specific terms regarding cancellations and rescheduling.
How can I prepare for our kickoff meeting?
Before your project begins, we’ll send you some “homework” to complete, such as questionnaires and mood boards. These are due one week before your scheduled month. For the kickoff meeting, it’s helpful to come with any thoughts, questions, or inspirations you’ve gathered to ensure we’re aligned and ready to dive in.
How soon can we get started?
We only take on a limited number of projects each month, so our spots tend to fill up fast. We recommend reaching out as far in advance as possible to secure your spot. We’re happy to book you up to two years in advance, so even if you’re not ready to start right away, it’s a good idea to get on our calendar!
Are your illustrations one-of-a-kind and unique to me?

Yes, all of our illustrations are custom-made just for you! Our package includes 5 hand-drawn illustrations, but if you’d like more, you can always add additional illustrations for an extra charge. We work with you to create unique and personalized designs that reflect your brand.
How do payment plans work?
We offer flexible payment plans to make your investment more manageable. Your total balance must be paid in full at least one week before your scheduled month begins. If you’d like to break up payments, we can create a plan that works for you! For example, if you choose a 6-month payment plan, your project will be scheduled for at least 6 months out, giving you time to pay in installments. Since we accept bookings up to two years in advance, you can plan ahead and secure your spot while spreading out payments in a way that works best for you.
